This Site is for my Shiloh Shepherd Grizz and some other Shilohs that we know. Grizz was born on May 31,2003. He has won in his first show
Rarites for Best of Breed Puppy. I plan on continuing to show him and also to stud him when his hips are x rayed.
Grizz pedigree name is different from his call name. His pedigree name is Walyon Colton Still Smokin, but we call him Grizz because he reminded us of a little grizzley bear chubby and fluffy.
The Shiloh Shepherd is a beautiful dog. With great size, wonderful temperments. A loving pet and companion. Grizz is a sable plush coat long haired.. Shilohs are also very different in color .Grizz belongs to the NSBR Registry. Shiloh Shepherds are breed to have med to med soft temperments. Being calm and friendly, great with children and yet an exellent protection dog. Shilohs are seen in herding,search and rescue,therapy and service dogs. Grizz is from CJ"s Shiloh Shepherds. I also plan to train Grizz to be a service dog.
On page 2 i will have pictures of Grizz's Parents and Grandparents so you can see some of his hertitage. And i will continue to update this site as Grizz grows.
Remember the old world style Shepherd dog, with soundness, temperment and health intact of giant size.. The Shiloh Shepherd is a rare breed dog. With great size and great temperments a dog we can be proud of. They are breed for large size, good temperments, protective and yet so loving and intellegent.
Grizz is a red sable plush, his colors will continue to change until hes around 3 years old. He is now getting a lot of black through out his body. His color on his outercoat will be darker and his undercoat will be lighter. We just have to wait and see what beautiful colors he will be.
